The Big Draft

In an exciting collaboration with NFL Inspire Change, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our Big Draft campaign, a powerful initiative aimed at recruiting 60 mentors in 60 days through the end of April. This campaign is dedicated to inspiring community members, particularly men, to step up and become positive adult mentors for the youth in our communities.

Today, one in three children in America are growing up without a positive adult mentor. In northwestern Michigan, there are currently 60 children waiting for a mentor, the majority being boys who are eager for guidance and support. As the NFL drafts its next class of players, Bigs is drafting its next class of mentors—individuals who will make a profound impact on the lives of these children.
